Black Beans
Recipe Habichuelas Negras<br>Black Beans Puerto Rico

Ingredients:

1 large can of black beans
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of cubed ham
1/2 cup of sofrito
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Procedure:
Add all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes. Serve with white rice.
