1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 Cream cheese
1\2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of boiling water
1 mold
Procedure: Mix the gelatin with sugar, add the boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
In blender combine cheese and vanilla and then pour the gelatin mixture.
Pour into mold and refrigerate for one hour or until the next day.
