1 can of small white beans
1 ham steak cut into cubes
1 potato cut into cubes
2 cups of broth
1/2 cup of sofrito
1/2 small can of tomato sauce
1 packet of sazon goya
Procedure: In a pot, add a little olive
oil and quickly sautee ham
and sofrito. Add beans and
stir. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for
30 minutes in low heat. Serve with white rice.
